Arthur Smith can be a great addition if he can evolve the pass game.

Arthurs Smith coming into Pittsburgh wasn’t necessarily a sexy addition to the staff, but is a stable, experienced offensive coordinator. Smith led a top 5 offense for multiple years in Tennessee as an OC, although much was on the back of Travis Henry. We have Najee and Warren who can produce on the ground with a competent OC, so the ground game should even improve from 2023. Some of that depends on how management handles the o-line with free agency and the draft, but I look for the run game to be a stable force in 2024.
